Terms and conditions of sale

This site is managed by CALZATURIFICIO LONDON sas DI F. MARZETTI & C. based in Via Paolo VI n. 26, Monte San Giusto (MC), cod. fisc. and VAT number IT00231470436, n. REA registration MC-76790.
The conditions of sale, information, tools and services that the user is required to accept in order to complete the online sales contract are listed below.
Proceeding with the order, therefore, an offer is made to purchase one or more products which will be governed by the following terms and conditions.
With the electronic transmission of the order form, it will be understood implicitly and unconditionally that the following GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY have been accepted.
In the event that the terms set out in the following General Conditions of Sale are not shared, even partially, the user is invited not to proceed with the forwarding of the order form.
The contract between CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SA DI F. MARZETTI & C. and the user is governed by Italian law. Although not expressly stated therein, reference will be made to the rules contained in the civil code and in the specific reference legislation.
The offer and sale on the website www.reshoes.it integrate a distance contract governed by Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as well as Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (so-called Law on Electronic Commerce). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the user will be responisible for resolution.

ORDER AVAILABILITY
The order is subject to the availability of the product in stock and, if inserted in the cart, its availability is guaranteed for no more than 24 hours.
Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email.
If the selected and ordered product is no longer available, immediate notice will be given by email.
The order may even be cancelled after paying for the products but before their shipment by sending an email to customerservice@reshoes.it, indicating the order number and the reason for the cancellation in the text of the message.
The order will be processed as soon as the amount is credited.

PRICE
The sales prices on our site are shown including VAT. CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SA DI F. MARZETTI & C. reserves the right to change the price of one or more products at any time while upholding our commitment to ensure the application of the prices indicated on the site until the sending of the order is completed.
Each order will be considered as acceptance of product price and description, available for sale by the user.

PAYMENT
The user undertakes to ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of the details provided at the time of the order and that he is authorized to use the credit or debit card with which he makes the payment.
Payment for the products can be made using one of the following methods, as indicated in the order form:

    Secure transactions, immediate and without additional costs. If you already have a Pay Pal account, log in with your email and password.
  • CARTA DI CREDITO
    Secure transactions, immediate and without additional costs. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Poste Pay. At the time of payment, you may be directed to your bank’s website for payment processing. Credit card information will never be viewed or stored by CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SAS DI F. MARZETTI & C., but will be used by stripe.com to complete the purchase procedures
  • BANK TRANSFER (only for European Union countries)

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free shipping in Italy and Europe (excluding Switzerland).
The shipping times of the goods may vary depending on the availability of the item but normally the items will be made available for delivery to the carrier within 2 (two) days of the actual receipt of payment.
The shipment will be communicated by e-mail with the indication of the vehicle number.
The estimated times for home delivery of the goods are from 2 to 4 working days for deliveries in Italy and from 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in the European territory (islands and remote areas may take longer).
Any delays deriving from causes of force majeure or problems of the carrier cannot be attributable to Calzaturificio London Sas di F. Marzetti & C

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RIGHT OF RECONSIDER – RETURN

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the user may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal or afterthought, it will be necessary to send CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SAS DI F. MARZETTI & C. the return form (or alternatively also a simple communication that contains all the information requested by the aforementioned form), within the terms indicated, to the following e-mail address customerservice@reshoes.it.

The return will be authorized only upon proof of the presence of the warranty seal.

CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SAS DI F. MARZETTI & C. will bear the shipping cost for the first return. For this purpose, it will be sufficient to indicate the complete address and telephone number of the user in the return form in order to organize the collection of the product.

Any further returns will be authorized at the user’s expense. The latter must send the products to

within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of exercising the right of withdrawal or afterthought via a courier of his choice.

The order number must be clearly indicated on the front of the package.
The product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions.

  • The product must be returned in its original box and complete with the WARRANTY SEAL
  • The product must be returned complete with all the integral elements (laces, accessories, buckles, etc.)
  • The product must be returned not visibly USED or damaged due to a fact attributable to the user.

NB: Please test your footwear by placing them on a clean carpet. Footwear returned to the company with signs of wear and dirt will not be accepted. They will be re-sent to the sender with relative charge of the transport costs.
Upon receipt of the package, CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SAS DI F. MARZETTI & C. will evaluate the perfect condition of the returned goods and, in the event of a positive outcome of the check, will reimburse, within a reasonable period, the entire amount already paid in the same way with which payment was made at the time of the order.
If you wish to opt for a refund by bank transfer, you must indicate the details of the current account and the IBAN code in the return form.
In the event that the return cannot be accepted, CALZATURIFICIO LONDON SAS DI F. MARZETTI & C. will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE. PROHIBITION OF RESALE TO THE PUBLIC.

The products for sale on www.reshoes.it are available for personal sale and not for resale to the public. By placing an order on the site, the User ensures that the product will be used for personal use only. For this reason, orders for more than four copies of the same product will not be accepted.

PRIVACY
www.reshoes.it collects, processes and stores the personal data of users or customers in compliance with the Italian law 196/2003 on privacy. For this reason, the customer is invited and required to carefully read and print the information on the processing of personal data contained in the PRIVACY POLICY section to which reference should be made for any further information on the subject.

These General Conditions of Sale may undergo changes also with reference to any regulatory changes of the Italian State. We therefore invite you to periodically view this page in order to check for any changes. In case of modification or update, the new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the website www.reshoes.it
